Blanket-style Solar Panels

Unfold the power of the sun.

Portable Solar Blankets are lightweight, flexible solar panels designed for easy transport and outdoor use, making them ideal for camping, hiking, or emergency preparedness. Their rugged construction handles the bumps and weather that come with outdoor life. Most importantly, they're designed for quick deployment — no mounting hardware, no complex setup. Just unfold, position toward the sun, and plug in.

Key Features:
  • Flexibility & Portability: Thin, foldable, and often rollable, these blankets can be packed compactly without damage.
  • Durability: Made with weather-resistant materials to withstand outdoor conditions.
  • Easy Setup: Typically equipped with USB or DC outputs to charge devices directly or connect to batteries.
  • Sustainable Energy: Provide eco-friendly power without fuel or emissions, reducing reliance on fossil fuels.
Use Cases:
  • Powering smartphones, GPS devices, cameras, and small appliances on the go.
  • Supplementing energy for RVs, boats, or cabins.

Recommended bundles: Three Levels of Setup

Level 1: Weekend Trips and Light Use

For overnight stops, short camping trips, and charging devices while keeping lights and fans running. Handles phones, laptops, cameras, LED lights, and small 12V accessories. Not intended for running a
refrigerator overnight or powering AC appliances continuously.

Power stations: EcoFlow RIVER 3 (245Wh) or RIVER 3 Plus (286Wh, expandable to 858Wh). Compact and portable enough to move between your vehicle and campsite.

Solar panels: EcoFlow 110W Portable Panel or RICH SOLAR 100W Portable Briefcase for ground deployment at camp.

Level 2: Extended Weekends and Moderate Use

For 2- to 4-day trips running a 12V refrigerator, charging multiple devices, using small AC appliances like a coffee maker or blender, and occasionally powering a laptop workstation. This is the practical minimum for comfortable boondocking with a refrigerator.

Power stations: EcoFlow DELTA 3 (1024Wh) or DELTA 3 Plus (1024Wh, expandable to 5kWh). These provide enough capacity to run a refrigerator overnight plus typical daily use, with output to handle most small appliances.

Solar panels: 200W or more recommended. RICH SOLAR MEGA 200 for roof mounting, or EcoFlow 220W Bifacial Portable Panel for flexible ground deployment. With 200W of solar and good sun, you can approach
energy-neutral camping and extend your trips indefinitely.

Level 3: Full-Time and High-Demand Use

For full-time RVers, extended off-grid stays, or anyone who wants to run AC appliances without worry. Supports residential refrigerators, microwaves, induction cooktops, hair dryers, and short periods of air conditioning. With expansion batteries, these systems can approach whole-RV power independence.

Power stations: EcoFlow DELTA Pro (3600Wh, expandable to 25kWh) or DELTA Pro 3 (4096Wh). Both include a TT-30 RV outlet to plug your camper in directly. The DELTA Pro 3 adds faster charging, higher
efficiency, and IP65 dust/water resistance.

Solar panels: 400W or more recommended. With 400W+ of solar, you can recover significant capacity during daylight hours even while running loads.

Expansion: Add an Extra Battery to double your capacity.
