Watts (W) measure how much power a device uses at any moment. Think of it like the speed of water flowing through a hose.
Watt-hours (Wh) measure total energy capacity—how much power the battery can store. Think of it like the size of the water tank.
Simple example: A 100-watt light bulb running for 10 hours uses 1,000 watt-hours (100W × 10 hours = 1,000Wh).

Step 1: List What You Want to Power

Grab a piece of paper and write down everything you'd want to run during a camping trip or power outage. Here's a typical list:
• Phone charging: 10-20W
• Laptop: 50-100W
• Mini-fridge/cooler: 40-60W
• LED lights: 10-20W
• CPAP machine: 30-60W
• TV (32-inch): 30-50W
